Help adding pictures to wiki in 10.9.1

We upgraded our server to 10.9.1 and everything in the wiki works expect for pictures. Even old pictures do not show up. Whenever we try to upload a picture it turns into a blue square with a question mark. I can not find any settings to change. In 10.8 there was a button to add pictures, now we are using attach file button (paper clip). Below is a picture.

You've moved the server data to a secondary volume. Although the documentation says you can do that, in practice it's a good way to trigger every possible bug in Server, especially when updating. I don't know how to work around the bugs.

There's no easy way to recover from this condition. I suggest you review the support articles linked below and try to export the Wiki data and move it to the standard location in /Library/Server on the boot volume, even if that means you need a larger boot volume.
