Mar 25, 2014 6:04 PM in response to Aileenwalkerby milyz,This happened to me today. I fixed it by force quitting the Messages app and then opening it up again. It's faster than resetting the whole phone. Force quitting is slightly different on iOS 6 vs iOS 7, so do a quick search of the net for how to do it on your particular version of iOS.
