Q: I'm trying to reset/erase this iphone that I found....but It still has an Apple ID... It doesn't let me because of the password of the Apple ID

I'm trying to reset this iphone 4. But I can't erase it because it has an Apple ID in it. How can I take off the Apple ID so I can use the iphone

You don't. That's called activation lock. It's an anti-theft feature intended to prevent scum like you from using a stolen phone.

If you "found" the phone then you should turn it in to the police. You're running into Activation Lock, designed to encourage people to do the right thing and get the phone back to its rightful owner. There is no way to bypass it.
