All of my mucis is gone, and I cannot find out why. There is no cloud on my laptop and I know there was one on it before. How can I get my music back? Because i spent alot of money on my music.

Correct. It is on a server elsewhere.
How can I get my music back?
Restore from your latest backup of your computer.
