Q: can you guys reset my iphone?

I erased my iphone and trying to reset it and it's telling me that my apple ID cannot be used to unlock my iphone.

Is there any other way to unlock my iphone 4s?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7, white and can not take simcard

No, there isn't, and no, Apple can't unlock it for you (we're all fellow users in these forums). You need to use the Apple ID and password used to set up Find My iPhone. If you've forgotten that information, go here to reset:

https://iforgot.apple.com
