Contacts Do not sync to iCloud

I add a lot of contacts to my phone throughout the month.

For some reason. The contacts do not sync to icloud consistently.

I have an iphone 4S, and am running Mavericks on my imac with the latest update 10.9.1.

I have talked to 3 Apple support techs.

I have restored phone, turned icloud on and off of all devices, all groups are checked in contacts, my mail, contacts and calendars are set as icloud as default on all devices.

Getting my contacts into icloud after I enter them onto my phone is not working..........

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

I have also restarted all devices after deleting iCloud account and then reinstalling iCloud.

Have you checked to see if they are visible if you go to iCloud.com? That would probably isolate the problem to either the iPhone or the computer.

Eric,

Yes I have checked icloud.com. No they are not showing up. The techs at apple have had me set up my phone properly, I imagine, and it has not helped........

The problem was that my Exchange account was picking up some of my contacts, randomly and taking priority over iCloud. So I had to manually enter these contacts into iCloud and then turn off contacts in my exchange account listed in Settings<Mail,Contacts,Calendars

Hey, i have the same problem.

My Live account have half of my contacts.

is there any way i can backup all my contacts in iCloud without manually doing it.. ??
