hello all....
i have a mac mini with an apple bluetooth keyboard and apple bluetooth track pad.
everytime i connect my ipad air via the usb/lightening cable, the bluetooth items lose their connections intermittently.
as soon as i disconnect the ipad, they resume normal function.
thoughts?

Please do both SMC and PRAM resets, this make take 2-3 attempts each . If you aren't sure how please click https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3603 for instructions.

as i have a bluetooth keyboard (which i believe doesn't connect until AFTER the mac mini boots up), how would one perform the PR reset?
