Feb 23, 2014 4:29 PM in response to mario49by Cwlittle,Unfortunately I have tried all of the above mentioned steps but nothing seems to help the PC recognizes that an iPod has been plugged in but itunes does not. It has all been updated I have tried different plugs and I have tried toggling on and off the apple mobile device. Also tried reinstalling iTunes.
