My Game Center only shows up as a white screen

Whenever I open up the Game Center application on my iPad Mini, it only opens to a blank white screen. When I go into settings, under Game Center it says my Apple ID and everything else is a blank space and a loading icon is constantly spinning under my Apple ID. Some of my games won't load because of this. This has been a problem for about 2 weeks.

iOS 7.0.4, Doesn't work in settings either

May seem obvious but have you tried restarting the mini?

First double click the home button then swipe the mini game center up to close the app. Check game center, if the white screen is still there try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.
