Q: Backup IPhone 4s

I want to backup my old Iphone to either ICloud or my mac, but when ever i press back up now, a message saying "iTunes could not back up the iPhone because an error occurred" has anyone else had the same problem. If so what did you do. Thanks

We've a couple of articles that can help get a backup made, should you decide to attempt backing up to iTunes or iCloud.
