Bluetooth Gets Stuck in iphone 4s os 7.0.4.

i hvae a iphone 4s with os 7.0.4, yesterday i am facing problem with bluetooth & wifi, before its works fine , but last two days back, my bluetooth gets stack no on/off button shows now, and thats i cant able to turn on wifi, i tried many stesp, like restore, sw upgrade etc. but problem still same, please help me if anyone know the solution for this bluetooth & wifi issue in my iphone 4s.
