Q: Trouble Redeeming itunes Gift Card

I am trying to redeem an itunes gift card, but I accidently scratched part of the activation code off. I was then trying to use the serial number on the back of the card, at the bottom, but it wouldn't work. The serial number strarts with PBH, how many numbers are in the serial number? Are there supposed to be spaces between the letters and numbers?

    There are no spaces in the redemption code, and the number of digits in the serial number might vary by country (one of mine here in thee UK has 19 digits after the PBH). If you can't redeem the card then follow the instructions on the HT6021 page that you posted from for contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help
