itunes wont open, but is running.

Alright.
My problem is Itunes (Up to date) will not open.
I click on the shortcut.
and then it does not launch.
but when i open task manager.
It isnt in my applications, but it is in my processes.

I have uninstalled everything as multiple forum fixes have said to do and it has done nothing.
reinstalling does nothing.

There has to be a different answer than just uninstall/reinstall.

Can anyone shed some light on this, or am i screwed until the next update that MAYBE fixes it.
