File iPhone3,1_7.0.4_11B554a_Restore.ipsw

I found in my trash folder a file named iPhone3,1_7.0.4_11B554a_Restore.ipsw (1.2 Gb size) and now i don't know what's its original folder where it came from.
Can anyone tell me where I have to place it back?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
