Q: i have an apple account and when i want to buy anything it says reveiw. now i dont have credit card and if i want to buy something i have to put a credit card number and security code??? help

can someone help

    Unless you use the instructions on this page when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

    then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

     

    If you don't have a credit card then you will need to create a new account, and this time use the instructions on that page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by logging into it via the Settings > Store menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com
