Cannot find my purchased ringtone on my phone!

I have purchased a ringtone from the itunes store. I cannot find it on my iphone anywhere? I went back to itunes store to purchase again in case I made an error the first time. It says I have already purchased this ring tone?

When I look at my "purchased" music, it is not there, and it is not in my ring tone list.

I purchased it using my iphone.

Can anyone help me find it?
