Q: Clock app disappeared -ipad 2 ios 7

I have an ipad 2 I updated it to ios 7 and things are great then today I rebooted my ipad then I found out the clock icon disappeared I searched for it on spotlight and nothing I restored the ios from a backup and nothing plz tell what to do

Note that a backup does not contain the iOS software. If you wish to restore iOS then backup your iPad and use iTunes on your computer to restore to Factory (new) condition.

I don't remember but it was 319 something 4 digits I don't remember the 4th but it keeps coming and I am really worried about my ipad.

Did you also temporarily disable all of your antivirus/antispyware software?

How long has it been since this device was jailbroken or had the OS rolled back?
