Q: Clock app disappeared -ipad 2 ios 7

I have an ipad 2 I updated it to ios 7 and things are great then today I rebooted my ipad then I found out the clock icon disappeared I searched for it on spotlight and nothing I restored the ios from a backup and nothing plz tell what to do

yes i disabled them i jailbroke it one time the i unjailbreak it because it was not good so i rolled it back yesterday

And therein lies your problem.

Put it in DFU mode (Google it) and Restore it as a new device.

You might try searching the Internet for "iTunes error 3194". You might find something that will get you out of this hole.

i did something that i got a error 11 after then i did anther fix that when the restore strat the "extracting software"
messsage apper after it finshes the extracting i tunes stops working
