hey iam a new iphone user and i have iphone5s and i want to know ios7 update jumps to ios 7.0.4 or it must go through 0.2 and 0.3 ? and 7.0.4 update can be downloaded and installed automaticalyon my phone without u update it manually ?

Your question has been answered. There is no automatic update. You update manually.
You have to start the update, it is not automatic.
beacuse when i bought myphone it was ios7.0.4 update and i was shocked how it updated it self now idont how ?

Depending on when your iPhone 5S was manufactured and shipped to retail, it may have had iOS 7.0.4 already installed.
