Q: i was billed for a book dowload i never received on Feb 18th 10.85 from my debit card

I attempted to download abook from i tunes , did not realize it was not avaialbe to download to my dell tablet , i was billed for it and had to repurchase it through Kindle , i rec the book down load from Kindle and was billed also billed from I tunes merchant code 5735

unavaiable for my tablet

All purchases are considered final (an ibook's requirements are listed on its description page in the store), but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
