I can no longer access or find my Keychain list of passwords. Where is it located?

I can not find my keychain. This is the folder/application that stores all my passwords for various websites. I have done searches in Finder to no avail. Where is it located?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Keychain Access app is in the Utilities folder. Use your Admin password to open hidden passwords.
