    You have to have the device serviced in the country in which it was purchased.

    I have same problem too ? if this not any resolve i will buy a new phone not from apple, this is my first product from apple, but dispointed

    That's certainly your choice, of course.  Every smartphone manufacturer has its pros & cons.  IMHO, iPhones have the fewest cons and the most pros.  Choose whichever smartphone you like.  I assure you, your decision will not upset anyone here or at Apple.

    I am also having the same issues with my 4S.  Just finished a restore of my phone with the same result.  Phone was working fine until the update.  Regardless of what TJBUSMC1973 is telling you, the issue is happening with the iPhone 5 as well as the iPads.  The only thing I have not tried is putting the phone in the freezer.

     

    Since Apple has decided that crickets is the best solution to this issue, I will move everything to my brand new Samsung tablet and patiently wait for my upgrade.

     

    Steve Jobs would have never allowed a no-response to any kind of Apple issue.  Apple believes that it's brand equity will carry it through any crisis.  If the organization continues to tow this type of company line, it will be yet another company with a great future behind it.

    Well, the 7.1 update is not the solution, so the only thing we can do is pay for another one or move to other company. Sad but thrue.

    And now I am no longer authorized to to view/answer additional posts on this discussion forum, nice.  Glad they come through via e-mail so I can read them.  I agree with Moertoe,..... TJBUSMC1973 your attitude does indeed ************.  Especially if you are now blocking people from posting and deleting posts.
