Purchased items not in iTunes library on mac
Hi out there, purchased songs on iPhone that my Mac isn't retrieving and pulling in as "purchased" when triggering "downloading purchased items". Could anyone help out? Tx
This sounds like an Apple ID (ownership) issue.
Are you certain that the Apple ID used to purchase the songs on the iPhone is the very same one being used in iTunes on your computer?
