cannot receive email but can send email

I have tried everything except deleting the account and re-installing.It says cannot connect to server.What should I do? Any help would be appreciated.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.1

The easiest way to troubleshoot this issue would be to delete the account and add it back to the iOS device. Below, I have included two e-mail troubleshooting articles.
