iTunes "Server Error" -- No Gracenote Access?!

Everytime I try to import a CD, I get a "Server Error" when iTunes attempts to dl information from the Gracenote database. Unable to get track names, artist, etc.

Tried numerous CDs. Rebooted. Reinstalled iTunes. No change.

Help?!?!?!? Please 😀

Running iTunes (64bit) v11.1.4.62 on Windows 7.

This functions has always worked for me & sunndenly it stopped working. I am using Windows 7 & the latest iTunes. Any help would be appreciated especially if it's given in simple to understand language. I have tried 4 CD's today, tried resetting cache & am out of non tech options. Help???? Please!!!!!
