Q: Suddenly can't sync a phone I've been syncing for years!

I have spent HOURS trying to solve this problem. When I try to sync my phone I get this message: some of the Audible files in the iTunes library were not copied to the iPhone because you are not authorized to play them on this computer. . out of the blue! I've been playing those Audible files for years. What the * has changed? And how can I get my audiobooks back?
