Feb 22, 2014 2:15 PM in response to doug Daviesby Lyssa,I just tried the page for fun in Google Chrome and Safari (I'm on Mountain Lion) and all I'm seeing is a message that says the browser aborted the test.
It's a bunch of bunk - ignore whatever they have to say. Run Software Update on your Mac tomorrow and over the next couple of days - if OS X is vulnerable like iOS was, an update will come through before too long.

Feb 26, 2014 7:14 AM in response to PlotinusVeritasby Mac_Cat,I was suspicious, too. This isn't the way Apple usually handles bugs.
My iphone didn't alert me, but when I checked for updates, I found IOS 7.0.6 waiting for me and when I installed it, it said that it was an update to fix an SSL problem. Big patch and reboot required.
I have Mavericks 10.9.1 running on my laptop, but it hasn't triggered any updates.
I manuall checekd for Software Updates, but the message: No Updates Avaialble was posted !?
However, while I was getting coffee, "Software Update" 10.9.2 showed up !
It's a Download and Restart update.

Feb 26, 2014 7:37 AM in response to doug Daviesby WZZZ,★Helpfulgotofail.com, if that is the actual site you are visiting, is completely legitimate. The vulnerability only affects Mavericks, 10.9, and there is now an update to 10.9.2, which fixes this, along with some other issues.
