If you enter None, there is no CC info in yoru iTunes account.
signing up for games.
Singing in to Game Center simply allows your game progress to be tracked with friends and others.
You still need to download games to use. They will be free or paid. Signing in to Game Center does not have anything to do with the price of a game.
