Music not syncing!

Im facing this issue where my iTunes never sync my music to my iPhone 5, I'd tried reinstall iTunes or remove all song drag it to itunes again,pull into play list, check manually manage music and video, format the PC, icloud backup/restore my iPhone, problem persist. Please do assist on this issue because its really annoying that I owe an iPhone which have no song for me to listen
