The Email to verity that my apple Id won't send to my email help?
I try to download stuff and I put my password but then it says verity your account

You have to verify your email before it can be used as an active Apple ID. If you are not receiving the emails check your spam or junk setting on your email account or those folders. You can also add @id.apple.com to your email account whitelist or address book to ensure you receive these emails
To request another verification email, go to appleid.apple.com and sign into your account. If you still cannot verify that email you can hit the edit button there after signing in and change your Apple ID to an email that you can verify to move forward.
