How to I change the activation email, since i purchase a iphone 4 through a shop? As i am not able to located the previous owner?

There is no way to activate the phone unless the previous owner unlocks it. Take it back to the shop for a refund. The phone is worthless. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515
