Hi I have an ipod touch 4th generation and i had linked it to another computer and transfered some games this computer was only used once at a friends house i would like to now be transferring purchaces from ony my account 😢

iTunes/App purchases are locked to the account that purchased them.
I really do not understand what you are trying to accomplish. Please clarify
The Computer has been thrown away and no longer accesible all i would like to do is puchase things from my ipod on my account becuase i cannot get any apps from it unless of icloud thank you
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Maybe:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
