Q: iphone is stuck at "Restoring Iphone Firmware". Please Help.

It sounds like your phone became unresponsive when you attempted a restore of the device. Try resetting your device with this process:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
From: Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
I would try putting the device in to recovery mode, and attempting the restore again:
