Q: I purchased an album and my computer froze while the songs were downloading. Now when I log back on it says all of the songs are purchased but only 5 of them are in my library and it won't let me download the rest. Can you help?

What do you mean it won't let you re-download them?

Have you gone to Check for availble downloads?

if you haven't give it ago.

the same thing happened to me, and when I look at available downloads, it says everything has been downloaded. now what?
