MBP mid 2012, 10.9.1 Dim light charger

Hi guys, currently i've uprgraded my mid 2012 mbp i5 13" with maverick 10.9.1

and this **** dim green light occurs when my mbp is on sleep or turned off after a day or so. when i turned on my mbp the light goes normal again.

this never hapenned to me when im still on 10.8. is this some kind of bug on 10.9 or is this a new feature?

I've tried SMC reset still the same.
