Please help me. How can I take out other Apple ID associated to my phone to re download songs I purchased in the iTunes?

It says "This Device is Already Associated With an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on this device with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this device with a different Apple ID for 83 days."

Please help me. Pretty please.

You will either need to wait until the 83 days have completed, or you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can remove the association (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Redownloading from a different account is likely to start a 90 day association to that account instead.
