I just downloaded the upgrade file for iphone 5 to my computer. Now, I want to upgrade my phone, but I don't know to do it. Please help me.

Connect your phone, iTunes running, on the Summary Pane, tap the button: "Check for Updates".
Plug your phone back into your computer running iTunes. It should detect it and offer to install the update.
Thanks for your response. However, it asked me to download again as I have downloaded one in my D drive. I clicked on "Download Only". I don't want to download it again. Please help me on this as I'm a new user. My iphone 5 iOS 7.0.4 and want to update to iOS 7.0.6. Thanks,
If you actually used the download only function in iTunes, it will have downloaded it to the correct place. Do NOT attempt to download it manually outside of iTunes. Also, there are different versions of the ipsw file for different models of iPhone. The file that iTunes downloads for one model will not work on a different model.
