My Mac wouldn't wake up anymore after sleep

After sleep I couldn't wake up my Mac anymore. Not even afterunplugging.i can however ter the start sound after pushing te rest button but nothing appears on the screen. Only the start up sound

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
