Help please my ipod nano(5th Gen) is not connecting to itunes!

Help please my ipod as i have explained in the title is not connecting to itunes!

When i connect my ipod nano a message comes"the ipod could not be identified please try again"

I have reinstalled itunes(5 Times)

"TRIED" to restore it but it will not connect even in safe mode

i have followed all the steps on the support page and checked for all software and hardware

i have tried using different cables

I do NOT know what to do please help me somebody!!!!!!

Even my ipod touch(4th gen)

(both which was working recently)

is not connecting or even showing any message or coming in windows OR charging

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!
