Why am I being charged 5.40 monthly fee when I don't purchase anything, and why do you have to have my credit card on file? I truly do not like the idea of you having my credit card and the fact of your company charging my card whenever necessary. Especially if I haven't purchased anything.

You probably have a recurring purchase possibly from a magazine, newspaper or other in-app purchase.

Are you student with Apple music? If not sorry. If yes - probably that's why?
I'm sure the OP has this issue fixed by now, this thread was started in 2014 when Apple Music didn't even exist.
