I've requested several times to have a password reset email sent today, but it's been several hours and no email has come through. I've check my spam folder as well, but no luck. Is there anything else I can do?

I have the same question. I don't have any spam rules; it's been 2 days since I got a confirmation page. No emails came through. I didn't change any settings in terms of Primary or Secondary email. It used to work fine before this.
