Q: can't seem to be able to use money in my account for i-tunes - how do I enable this?

I have money in my account but unable to use it toward purchases for i-tunes. How do I get it to work and use my credit?

It won't let me try to use the money - goes directly to charge card.

I had my computer worked on and since then I have this problem. I've sent e-mail to support to see if they can fix the problem. If I go down to Accounts & then Redeem it wants card number - so then I'm back to square one.
