I would like to have my old software in my iphone 4s, this new 7.06 is horrible, camera stuck and doesnt let take pictures, close the screen and the app get close in without even 3 seconds is annoying! How can update to the old or a better?

Apple does not support downgrading of iOS. You will not be able to do that. If you are having issues with the update, did you restore the phone from a backup? You can try restoring the phone to a backup, if that does not help, then restore the device as new, not from a backup. If you cannot get it to work after that, something has happened to the hardware. You need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar or your Authorized Apple Service Provider, depending on your location.
You cannot go back.
Try a restart.
If that does not help, try a reset.
If that does not help, try a restore from backup.
If that does not help, try a restore as new.
