iPod nano-not correct measurement of distance

Hello,

The distance is not measured correctly. I run a round and finally it shows 8,39Km but it is just 7,64Km in reality, because i run this road many times before, so i know exact distance. iPod nano doesn't measure distance correctly. Second point I want to share the roads with other but with iPod nano is not possible because doesnt have GPS locator. This is the biggest weakness of this equipment. I bought this ipod just because of running, i dont need the musis during run, but now i am disapointed because i expect much more from this iPod. I wanted to buy this ipod also to my girlfriend but i will not because it doesnt make any sence now. One of the reason why i bought this ipod was, that i didnt want to run with iphone i my pocket (too big and too heavy). so this ipod nano looked like perfect substitutor-unofrtunately i was wrong :-( So, if you are going to update the software of this ipod nano soon, it should have GPS inside or application that support running with gps and it will be then easier to share my runs with friends. if gps will be still missing in ipod, there will be no reason to buy this for running. Then is better to buy watch(with gps) with hear-rate belt and have everything in one package. But i believ apple will support this request and find the way to improve this ipod nano.

thanks for your answer and sorry for my grama.(not native speaker)
