Q: How do I keep syncing my iPhone contacts with Outlook?

iPhone sync Contacts to Outlook no longer shows as an option on iTunes. When I click "Sync Contacts" on iTunes (and I have no idea when it became unclicked!), there is no option whatsoever shown - not Outlook or any other option.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4, I do NOT have iCould syncing on for Contacts

iTunes 11.1.4.62

Windows 7

MS Outlook 2010

Hello Jon_E,

There may be an issue with Sync Services transmitting information between Outlook and iTunes. The following article can help restore appropriate communication between the two.
