Q: White photos - fails! :( Please help.

My black iphone 4s (with a brown leather cover on, cover has no reflective issues) in Nov last year suddenly started having problems with my photos. Every now and again random photos will appear in my camera roll/stream as white - if you went in and edited the image, ie. cropped it or adjusted the colour then re saved it you would get it back. Only now i have noticed that has stopped working, once its white even when you go to edit it it still comes up white. Im losing important photos and memories and its really frustrating!! Can anyone enlighten me on what the problem is? PLEASE

Try restoring it. If that doesn't help, make an appointment with the Genius bar at a nearby Apple store to have them take a look at it in case it has a hardware failure.

Thanks for the quick response, will restoring it lose any of my stuff? I have it backed up to my icloud...

You won't lose anything, but using an iTunes backup would be much faster (because it doesn't have to dowload all your data a purchased media from the internet). To do this, connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes, then go to File>Devices>Back Up. Then go File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then restore your phone from the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings. When it's done, restore your iTunes backup.
