i have purched Snap Tax app. But its not working. Please help me.

I purchased San tax app for taxesion purposes. but its wont work. Already money has been diducted from my account. Whenever i say file taxesion... its shows you need buy this app. If i say ok buy this. then its shows you already have this app in your in-purcase app. But why its wont work.
