Q: I Just up graded to Maverick and cannot get Face time to work

I Just upgraded to Mavericks and cannot get FACE TIME to work? Any suggestions?

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

If this does not help, contact Apple.
