Q: What should I do?

I bought an in app purchase for a game and it says "one time purchase, repurchasing is free" and I touched it after I bought it to use it and then a message popped up saying "you've already purchased this content but it hasn't been downloaded."

    Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

     

    If your in-app purchase has not downloaded, first restart or reset your iPod touch:

    Restarting your device
    1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
    2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

    Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

     

    Resetting your device

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
