How do I synchronize my Itunes in my computer with my Icloud account?

Hi,

I have been using a PC for my Itunes and Icloud. I just bought a new MacBook Pro and want to transfer the Itunes from my old PC to the new MacBook Pro. How I can do that? I already have Icloud but I am not sure I have transfer everything from my old PC to the Icloud...
